Bought a new JohnDeere lawn tractor at Lowe's because of the Veteran discount and lowes account. Had a oil leak the first time I used it. Called Lowes and let the phone ring for 10 minutes with no answer. Called KR ag and turf. Leslie at the service department was very pleasant and made arrangements to get my mower fixed. They answer the phone and if they miss your call they call you back. I will be doing all my future business for anything JohnDeere related there.

Had an awesome experience thanks to Ciara Almeida. Not only did she get me an awesome deal on the mower I wanted. She personally delivered it to me and kept me updated through out the whole process. Would definitely give them my business again in the future!

Nobody ever answers the phone! I have tried calling countless times to order parts and every time I call nobody answers the phone. It is every time I try to call them and I mean every single time I call nobody answers the phone. I don’t know how they stay in business. I am an inventory manager for a big company that does a lot of work on John deer engines and was hoping I could find someone local to buy parts from but these guys aren’t the ones. I buy a lot of John deer parts and was hoping to give them the business but I can’t order parts if nobody answers the phone. So I took my business to the store in robstown where they actually answer the phone and they are more than happy to help me and have me spending thousands of dollars with them. Yall need to figure out why yall can’t answer the phones because it just cost yall thousands of dollars in sales every month.

I called for a entire week never got anyone on the phone. I left message after message and even several texts to try get ahold of any sales person with no luck. I ended up buying a sub Compact-Utility-Tractors from another dealership, one who answers their phone. I dont why no one answered their phone oh well thier lost. ANSWER YOUR PHONES!!!!
